Way back in 1951, McGinty was making a fuel tank connector part for Boeing and was the only vendor capable of machining that part to Boeing’s standards. Without that one part, the planes could not leave the ground. I had that fact drilled in my head by McGinty’s father and stayed on track to meet production demands.
It is important that our representatives and other government officials learn the hard facts. I appreciate Don McGinty for speaking out.
